The terms that apply when you use this site, request quotations, or place orders

These terms are an agreement between you and Blue Planet Export Inc. ("Blue Planet", "we", "us"). By using this website, requesting a quotation, activating a client account, or placing an order, you accept them. This is a wholesale trade site for businesses, it is not a consumer shop.
1. About this site
Blue Planet Export Inc. is a Philippine export company. This site lets business buyers browse our catalog, request quotations, and, with an approved client account, place orders and follow their shipments.
The catalog is information, not a binding offer. Listing a product does not guarantee it is available, and adding it to a cart or quote request does not reserve it.
2. Quotations and pricing
A quote request you send us is an inquiry, it doesn't commit you or us to anything.
When we send you a pricing proposal, it is valid until the expiry date stated on it. After that date it lapses and the prices no longer apply.
Prices depend on exchange rates, freight costs, and supplier prices, which move. Until an order is confirmed by us in writing, pricing can be revised.
Accepting a quotation tells us you want to proceed; the contract for a sale is formed when we confirm your order.
Pricing documents we send you are for your company. Please don't republish or share them outside your business.
3. Orders
An order placed through the client portal is a request to buy. It becomes binding when we confirm it.
All orders are subject to product availability and any minimum quantities we tell you about.
Response times shown on the site (for example, "within 1–2 business days") are good-faith estimates, not commitments.
Payment terms, delivery terms (such as FOB or CNF), and schedules are agreed per order and stated in the order documents we issue.
4. Shipping, inspection, and claims
Shipment terms, who arranges freight, where responsibility transfers, and insurance, follow the trade terms stated in your quotation and order documents.
Vessel schedules and arrival estimates shown in the portal come from shipping lines and tracking services; they are estimates and can change. Please don't rely on them as guarantees.
Inspect goods promptly on arrival. If something is missing or damaged, tell us in writing as soon as possible, and within any period stated in your order documents, so we can put it right with you and the carriers.
Because this is export trade, goods are not returnable except as agreed in writing for a specific order.
5. Your account
Client accounts are for businesses we've approved. The information you give us when requesting an account must be accurate and kept up to date.
Keep your password private. Anything done through your account is treated as done by your company, so tell us immediately if you think someone else has access, and use the "sign out other devices" control on your account page.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the site, or has been inactive for a long time. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't:
use the site for anything unlawful;
try to access other customers' information or interfere with the site's security;
flood the site with automated requests, or copy the catalog wholesale;
upload files you don't have the right to share, or anything malicious.
7. Product information
We work to keep the catalog accurate, but packaging, sizes, availability, and product images can change as manufacturers update their products. Certifications and regulatory documents for specific products are available on request as part of the quotation process. Final specifications are the ones stated in your order documents.
8. Our content
The content of this site, text, images, logos, and documents we produce, belongs to Blue Planet Export Inc. or its licensors. You may use it to evaluate and do business with us, but not republish it as your own. Product names and brands shown in the catalog belong to their manufacturers.
9. Limits of our responsibility
The site is provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost business) arising from use of the site, and for any claim connected to a specific order our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms removes responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from when they're posted; orders already confirmed stay under the terms they were confirmed under.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines, unless a written agreement between us for a specific order says otherwise. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
